Navarc is an Istanbul-based marine engineering company designing and manufacturing solar-electric catamarans and passenger ferries. Its R&D center works on hydrofoil systems, CFD-driven hull design, and electric propulsion for the Solarvess and Volster product families.

We are looking for a Composite Hull Lamination Technician to join our production team, working on lamination, demolding, and finishing of catamaran and hydrofoil hull structures.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Work on lamination, vacuum bagging, and curing processes for hull and structural panels
• Prepare, clean, and maintain hull molds
• Demold, trim, and finish produced hull sections
• Follow work instructions and quality criteria during production
• Follow safety rules and use personal protective equipment
• Complete production records and inspection forms accurately

Requirements:

• Willingness to work with composite materials and marine-grade resins
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to follow technical drawings and work instructions
• Physical fitness for standing and working in tight spaces
• Ability to work with chemicals and dust particles using proper PPE

It would be preferred if you have:

• Previous experience in boat building or composite manufacturing
• Vocational or technical school degree
• Familiarity with hand tools such as sanding and trimming tools

You are a curious and handy person who wants to help us build boats that carry Navarc’s name onto the water. You have experience working with hand and power tools, and you care about precision and finish quality. If you have a production or workshop background, you will pick up our pace quickly. You are comfortable working in an environment involving resins and composite dust, using proper PPE at all times.
